Which cloud provider do you recommend?
AWS for most products — it has the broadest service coverage, the largest ecosystem, and the best support for startups (AWS Activate credits). GCP is excellent for AI/ML-heavy workloads. Azure for teams already in the Microsoft ecosystem. We're cloud-agnostic and will recommend based on your use case.
Can you set up DevOps for an existing product?
Yes. Most of our DevOps engagements are with teams that already have a product but are deploying manually, have no CI/CD, or are experiencing scaling issues. We audit the current setup and implement what's missing.
What does a CI/CD pipeline give us?
Automated testing on every PR, consistent builds without environment differences, one-click deployments to staging and production, and rollback capability if something goes wrong. It eliminates the 'it works on my machine' problem entirely.
How do you handle secrets and API keys securely?
We use AWS Secrets Manager or HashiCorp Vault for secret storage, IAM roles for service-to-service auth (no hardcoded keys), and strict environment separation. Secrets never touch your repository.
